How to do it
LOW CARB BROWNIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup 180 mL warm water (180 mL)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (45 g)
1 tablespoon (15 mL) apple cider vinegar (15 mL)
PREPARATION METHOD:
1. In a bowl, place all the contents of the Puravida packet together with the vegetable oil, vinegar and water. Mix everything until you get the consistency of a thick but liquid dough.
2. If necessary, add a little more water. Place the dough in a greased pan (22x18) and bake in a preheated oven at 210º C for 20 minutes or until completely baked.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting.
Options: Add chocolate shavings or drops, peanut butter, hazelnut paste, cocoa nibs or dried fruit, replace the water with some tea, etc.
Replace water or milk with some tea, etc.
Yield: About 13 pieces of 40g.
