Both Super Omega-3 TG and DHA TG are omega-3 supplements from the Essential Nutrition line. Recommended for all stages of life, they offer excellent quality, origin and absorption.
Their difference is linked to the concentration of EPA and DHA and, consequently, their indications as well. DHA TG Essential contains 500mg of DHA and 150mg of EPA per capsule, while Super Omega-3 TG Essential contains 360mg of EPA and 240mg of DHA in each 1000mg capsule or 2 500mg capsules.
