Vegan Omega 3 DHA 100% vegetable, composed only of algae and packaged in vegan capsules. Puravida formulated this supplement with DHA obtained from the microalgae Schizochytrium.
Vegan DHA is a long-chain fatty acid, which is different from the ALA found in flaxseed and chia. DHA is present in cell membranes and specialized tissues , most abundantly in the brain, intestine, and retina.

INGREDIENTS:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) obtained from Schizochytrium sp. algae oil, sunflower oil, capsule (purified water, modified starch and vegetable glycerin humectant) and antioxidants ascorbic palmitate and concentrated tocopherol mixture.
